July 29th, 2009 admin No comments

FitParks has opened in Cannon Hill Park in Birmingham.

The FitParks trainer is called Wendy and her first session was brilliant. Twenty of the women who arrived at the park for ‘the first session is free’ had an hour of Wendy’s intense but fun workout. All the women have signed up for the month where they will receive two one hour training sessions per week, nutritional advice from Julia FitzGerald the nutritional thereapist from The Daily Telegraph, exercise reminders and access to a forum where you can receive support from trainers and friends you meet in the park training session. The Sports Science boot camp approach creates a more caring enviroment than the military boot camp approach. The FitParks trainers will give you better results short and long term due to sports science that they have studied. Training sessions are fun, varied and results driven.
