It is quite common for us to take for granted breakfast meal because of various reasons.  We always rush in the morning to catch the bus or we don’t have time to prepare a hearty breakfast meal because we wake up late. The idea is to pay attention to what you eat in the breakfast. A good choice is a combination of protein, carbohydrates and fiber, and the ideal breakfast concoction is comprised of oatmeal with skim milk, a half-ounce nuts, berries and orange juice.

Also, according to the article it is essential to consume significant calories for breakfast and a recommended amount is 500-calories for an average person.
