The ‘Lose it!’ application will give you the breakdown of your food, not only the calorie figures. It will indicate the protein, carbo and fat content of  your meal. More so, it allows you to store your fave recipes or commonly eaten food.

Other mobile apps will help you also monitor your heart rate data or calories burned. All this comes in your handy iPhone or Blackberry.
