It is a common knowledge that laugh can get rid few years of your age but in the article “Can laughing give you a workout?” written by Madison Park in CNN Health, there is more on that.

We have many gestures when we laugh. We clap our hands. We slap our hand against our lap. Laughing always comes with other body movements. Hence, according to the study, laughing can be beneficial as exercise.

Of course, this idea can trigger skepticism, right? However, just consider the benefits of laughing. It keeps you younger and the exercise benefits that come with it are a bonus.

Do you always crave for sweets during the day? Do you always indulge in burgers and fries? Well, all of us are guilty of this one way or another, right? However, reading the article of Rachel Grumman entitled “The Real Reasons We Eat Too Much” is an eye-opener.

Grumman featured three factors which can be the causes as why we are eating too much. It is striking to know that lack of sleep can be one of these factors. Apparently when we are lack of sleep, some of our hormones that are responsible for our appetite get affected.

There is a recent article entitled “An hour of daily exercise ‘needed to stay slim’” featured in BBC news in which it stresses to exercise at least an hour to stay slim. It is a common knowledge that exercising at least half an hour a day will do wonder to your body and health.

However, if you have an inclination to gain weight then it is worth to consider increasing your workout duration. If you are still young like in your early twenties, maybe exercising for half an hour is fine but if you are in mid thirties or approaching already the forties, you can prevent increasing your weight by exercising longer at least an hour.
